The white sand beaches and clear water of the Gulf of Mexico have always called Ann’s name. She grew up a bike ride away from the coast, just south of Tampa, FL. After attending college at the University of Florida, Ann moved to Atlanta. She worked in Marketing and Interior Design while raising her two daughters with her husband, Bob. It was always their dream to build a vacation home near 30A. Since 2004, they have owned and managed investment properties in the area.
Over the years, Ann’s rental guests would ask her for help as they decided to buy their own vacation homes. So in 2021, she decided to get her real estate license. Her 18+ years of experience managing rental properties, as well as buying and selling multiple homes on 30A, gives Ann unique expertise to personally assist her clients in buying or selling their own properties. Her work in Interior Design allows her to see the potential in properties for sale and to best stage listed properties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach, playing pickleball or doing yoga. Ann loves to travel, especially to islands and other coastal destinations
