Laura was born and raised in Marin County, California. She attended Columbia Southern University majoring in Business Administration. Laura always wanted to see the world so in 1987, she made her first move to Kona, Hawaii. A few months later she moved to Austin, Texas and then to La Paz, Boliva to take care of her father. After her father passed in 1995, she decided to make Florida home.
Laura has worked in the sales and customer service industry her entire life. For 16 years, she excelled as an inside sales rep working for Cox Communications. Real estate was always a hobby of Laura’s that she knew she ultimately wanted to make into a career.
In 2015, Laura received her real estate license and began her new career with Keller Williams. After working with a few different brokerages, Laura knew how she wanted to run her business and found her home with eXp Realty. They provide the top technology, a team atmosphere and most importantly, the freedom to take care of her clients her way. Also, eXp keeps their agents up to date on market changes and prioritizes constant learning and growing.
Laura cares about each client and makes it a goal to always go above and beyond their expectations. With 16 years of customer service experience, she developed her personal motto of, “I work for you, it’s what I do”. She prides herself on her ethics, honesty, respect, and empathy. Whether assisting a first-time home buyer or on a probate sale, she is patient and caring. Laura helps her customers with her knowledge of real estate. She has experience working with investors to find the perfect second home or investment property.
Laura and her husband adopted their son, Nathan, in 2008. She is a very involved parent and enjoys watching him play baseball. She also enjoys traveling, swimming, snorkeling, and is a big foodie at heart. Cooking, especially baking, is a personal passion of Laura’s.
